The Musical Gurus is yet another musically rich website for musicians to share their music with each other. The business wanted to establish themselves online and make a dent in the audio file sharing industry. They also have a marketplace for other users to sell their music and an affiliation sign-up so if you promote Musical Gurus, you’ll get a piece of the pie. The Music Gurus vision is simple, “Think Audio.”

BRANDING:
The Blue Gremlins developed new Branding standards for the Musical Gurus. We also re-designed a new logo and created the artwork for their business cards and merchandise that they would be selling in their online store. WEBSITE DESIGN:
Musical Gurus came to The Blue Gremlins looking for a new presence on the web. They wanted to feature audio files on a fast and secure e-Commerce website where people could buy and sell those audio files online. They also asked us to create them a Digital Marketplace where artists could sell, buy or share their audio files with each other. So we took the wheel and designed them a completely responsive website, which basically means it looks great on any device (mobile, tablet, etc). And since Musical Gurus also went with our SEO Service, we optimized their website to make use of SEO best practices so it can easily be crawled and indexed by the search engines. Overall, The Blue Gremlins delivered a stellar website and Musical Gurus has seen a great growth rate since it’s launch. The last website statistics report we gave them had over 5000 audio files that were sold that month and over 8000 shared audio files. People are complimenting them left and right on their new website and the Musical Gurus couldn’t be happier with their results!

SEO CAMPAIGN:
The Blue Gremlins did a complete analysis and assessment of Musical Gurus’ current industry and their competitors to get a better understanding of their culture and market. Musical Gurus had us create them a new Blog as well so we could begin posting once every couple weeks posts based on their key-words. And to help their Social Media Campaign we posted it to their new Blog first then shared it out to all their Social Media profiles. Also, they are now represented on Google Business, Yahoo Business, Bing for Business, and Yelp for Business which has increased their walk-in traffic to their store, as well as established their business name and brand on these very important websites that every business that’s concerned about their online activity should be registered with. Since the website’s launch, they’ve seen a daily increase in traffic by roughly 15% over a span of 6 months. The first day the website launched they had over 3.000 unique sessions and made $8,500 in sales!

SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN:
When the Musical Gurus first came to us they weren’t represented on any of the most important social media platforms. Since they went with our Managed Social Media Campaign, we did it all. We created all their profiles, including descriptions, business information, logos for profile pictures, background pictures for the profiles and we linked all of their platforms to their new website. They had the ability to share any blog post to their social media platforms with one-click. As part of the strategy, we had to first get them registered with Facebook Business page, Twitter Business page, LinkedIn Business Page, Yelp for Business, and Instagram Business accounts. Then we sat down with them and developed a sound Social Media Strategy that should consistently increase their traffic and conversions by 25% in just 6 months. Our goal was to make the free social media market their biggest sales funnel for their business. They’ve risen to the task and become one of our “Champion Clients”.

Jamo Tracks is an online business that sells audio files to musicians. They have music artists on staff that create these audio files for musicians to re-use in their work. Or, if you’re an artist, you can sign up for their Marketplace and sell your own audio files online.

The Blue Gremlins developed new Branding standards for Jamo Tracks for they were starting from scratch. We also re-designed them a new logo and created the artwork for their business cards and merchandise. We studied their culture for a few months and ironically, we had already done this when we developed Ez Rich’s website, but still, there were some differences in their culture and it showed in the way they did business. After we settled on Jamo Track’s branding standards, The Blue Gremlins took the wheel and designed them a totally responsive website, which basically means it looks good on any device (mobile, tablet, etc). And since Jamo Tracks decided to use our SEO Service, we also optimized their website to make use of SEO best practices so it can easily be crawled and indexed by the search engines placing them at the top of the list. Overall, The Blue Gremlins delivered a stellar website and Jamo Tracks had a website reveal party over a 24-hour period and they sold over 10,000 audio files in their first 24-hour period of business! They were ecstatically happy!

They are now represented on Google Business, Yahoo Business, Bing for Business, and Yelp for Business which has increased their visibility by 85%. As well as established their business name and brand on these very important business websites that every business that’s concerned about their online activity should be registered with. We did all the footwork and Jamo Tracks has seen a steady increase in their website traffic and online sales each month that goes by. Overall, Jamo Tracks is extremely happy with the results.

After assessing Jamo Tracks needs for a social media presence we decided to go with our Social Media Self-Management campaign. When Jamo Tracks first came to the table, they had no idea how to market themselves on social media. Thus enters the Blue Gremlins! We came in and developed a complete strategy for their social media campaign. Since it was a self-managed campaign, the first thing we did was to get them properly registered as a business with Facebook Business Page, Twitter Business Page, LinkedIn Business Page, Instagram Business Page, and a Pinterest Business Page. We also designed all of their profile pictures and backgrounds to match their company’s new branding guidelines that we did when we created their Corporate Identity & Branding discovery. We then set them up with their Hootsuite Professional Account, which is $350/year value in itself (Hootsuite Professional comes with our Social Media Campaigns). With their platforms ready and a Hootsuite account, they’re actually enjoying spreading the word about their business to the social media universe. They are also running “social media only” sales to drive more customers to their website. And it’s working!! Finally, they included a sign-up form on their Facebook page that is bringing in over 350 new users a month. They are extremely happy with the results and now see how important a good social media campaign is to a healthy online business!

ABOUT RELIANT RENTAL CAR:
Reliant Rental Car is a local Arlington, Texas, business that rents cars. They also have a full mechanic shop that can do everything from oil changes to engine rebuilds. David Coffee, the owner of Reliant Rental Car, wanted to feature his rental car stock online and have an online form where people could request a rental. He also wanted “online-only” coupons that people would print out and bring into the shop to increase walk-in traffic as well.

Overall, The Blue Gremlins delivered a stellar website and Reliant has noticed a significant increase of people using their online coupons for rentals and store walk-ins. I think the last SEO Results report we sent to them they had increased by 45% on organic searches for “rental car Arlington, Tx” and were coming up #2 on Google when searching for those keywords. When Reliant first came to The Blue Gremlins they didn’t even have a Facebook Business page. They were operating off of the owner’s wife’s Facebook page. They hardly ever posted to it and weren’t taking advantage of the free market that’s available. The Blue Gremlins came up with a strategy to first get them registered with Facebook Business Page, Twitter, LinkedIn Business Page, and an Instagram Business accounts. We also designed all of their profile pictures and backgrounds to match their company’s new branding scheme. We then set them up with their Hootsuite Professional Account, which is $350/year value (Hootsuite Professional comes with our Social Media Campaigns. We also set up a blog on their new website and made it to where they can easily share out their posts to their Social Media platforms. So with their all-new social media platforms and their new Hootsuite account, Reliant Rental Car is now Social Media Masters! They post to their social media platforms at least once a day, sometimes twice now. That’s a far cry from where they were at when we started this campaign.
